For this project we were required to gather information on local measures and races. Jake and I chose to do research on Measure B. I decided to choose this measure because I love nature and find rural areas to be fascinating, so finding out that there will be an "extreme renovation"...I wanted to learn more. After knowing the general idea of the impact that Measure B would have, Jake and I had to decide who was going to focus more on the pros and cons. Our issue was that we both oppose Measure B...we absolutely despise it. Thus, we had to settle it upon a round of rock paper scissors. I lost. Which means, I had to figure out what a "yes" on Measure B would do. There were a couple of benefits; however, they were outweighed by the cons. We made an entire Local Election Book which you will be able to see in the pictures down below.
We were to write up a one pager to explain everything that Measure B would do. If you can't read it in the picture below, I'll include the document here:
